I was looking for a neutral eyeshadow palette that's small and compact, versatile, something that I could use for the day and night, something I could use for a quick perk me up, and something not too expensive that I would've have to worry if I lose it.
You might be wondering why do I still need another neutral eyeshadow palette when I have the UD Naked Palette, Chanel Kaska Beige, Chanel Mystic Eyes, Guerlain Rue de Francs Bourgeois, and plenty more single eyeshadows. Well, I want something that I could easily throw in my purse and go! This would be my travel / on-the-go palette. I want it to be not that expensive, because who would want to risk breaking / losing your high end palette, right?
Here comes Revlon CustomEyes Eyeshadow Palette in 02 Naturally Glamorous.
This palette met all of the things I'm looking for and more!
Revlon CustomEyes Eyeshadow Palette gives you 5 eyeshadows that goes well with each other, for a quick, easy and fool proof look!
Pros:
- The packaging looks sleek, expensive, and not flimsy
- Comes with a good length double ended sponge tip applicators, which is decent for on the go application
- Rich color payoff
- Creamy smooth texture
- Very blendable
- Very minimal fall outs
- Day to night palette
- For barely there eye makeup to smokey eyes
- Versatile palette. This could be used by morenas to mestizas
- Not that expensive. 850 pesos for 5 eyeshadows, not bad right? and cheaper in the US
- Easily available
Cons:
- No mirror
- I hope they provided an additional eyeshadow applicator
- The price markup here in the Philippines is quite high
- A bit difficult to open
- You can easily over blend
