Weekend Retail Therapy Part 2 (MAC Haul Part 5 - Creme Team)

Hiya! Beauties!
So this is the last post about my weekend haul...
I'll do a mini review too :)

From the Creme Team Collection...
I bought 4 Cremesheen Lipsticks and 4 Cremesheen Glass

First up, the Cremesheen Glass...
Though the colors of these are pretty...
The colors doesn't really show up that well...
It's the opposite of the Cremesheen Lipsticks...
As to how pigmented the Cremesheen lipsticks are, that's how sheer these are...
Though I think this is designed this way, as to complement and just to soften the appearance of Cremesheen lipstick and not compete with it...
However, though sheer,
these has the ability to change the appearance of the Cremesheen Lipsticks...
I've also noticed that some of these have very very miniscule shimmers,
but its so small it can't be detected easily, and doesnt alter the creamy look...
These gives that extra milkiness/creaminess to the lipsticks....
This will soften the look of the Cremesheen Lipsticks...

Partial to Pink Cremesheen Glass...
This has a pinky color with slight bit of yellowish undertone...
This reminds me of MoonRiver Mineralized Blush...

Boy Bait Cremesheen Glass...
Peachy/beigey shade...
Natural nude gloss...

Ever So Rich Cremesheen Glass...
Milky lilac shade...
Tones down Lavender Whip, without changing the color...

Petite Indulgence Cremesheen Glass...
Bright blue pink...
Reminds me of Love Rock...
Looks bright in the tube, but sheer when used...
Perfect for any of the Cremesheen lipsticks...

Cremesheen Lipsticks...
This is my favorite lipstick finish now...
Really pigmented...
Gives that creamy luscious lips...
Have the same pigment intensity as of matte and amplified cream finishes...
Less drying than matte...
Though still dries the lips a bit...
Prep the lips first with a balm...
Great as it is even without the Cremesheen Glass...

Creme Cup Cremesheen...
I got this because this was recommended to me by Mona!
Thanks Mona! I love the color! So totally my type!
This a pink with beigey tone...
Great for creating pinky nude lips...
Me love this!

Spice is Nice Cremesheen...
This is a really warm brown...
I got this to tone down my bright orangey red lipsticks...
Totally look different with peachy lipgloss like Turkish Delight...

Lavender Whip Cremesheen...
The most sought after one!
This is a really pretty creamy lavender color...
I was surprised how pretty this is... I now understand why this is so popular...
Really unique...
I personally think people would be less shy wearing this than red lipstick, not that I'm afraid to wear red...I actually love red lippies hehe...
But this is for the slightly bold but not too bold enough...
I have a lavender lippie once but it made me look weird but this one is not too bright nor dull...
Just perfect for a lavender lipstick...

Shy Girl Cremesheen...
This is a creamy coral shade...
This one is really pretty too...
Gives you that coral shade but with a nude lipstick feel...

I totally recommend getting these Cremesheen Lipsticks...
I personally think MAC has out done itself once more by these lipsticks!
You haven't tried MAC if you haven't tried this!
Love love love from me!
:D

Weekend Retail Therapy Part 2 (MAC Haul Part 4 - Blonde, Brunette, Redhead)

Continuation of my weekend haul...

So many of you might be thinking...
Woah, she got all these stuff at one go?
Yes, I did, but I didn't thought of getting everything in just one moment...
The decent MAC counter is 1 1/2 to 2 hours drive from my house, so I dont get to go as frequently as I would like to...
Everyday there are stuff I wanted to get, and I list it and just when the day came to go to the mall, the list became so long...
So instead of just having small hauls in different days, I got one huge huge haul in a single go...
Hope I made sense...
:D

So moving on to the haul...
Here are the things I got...

226 Brush...
This brush fits my crease perfectly!
Though this brush put color to the crease well...
It fails as a blending brush...
You need to use another blending brush to blend out harsh lines...

Redhead MSF...
This one is pretty!
Get this if you still can...
Half works as highlight...
The other half is good as blush...
It degrades from a peachy color to salmon pink...

Blonde MSF...
Another pretty MSF...
Grab this too!
This degrades from a light peachy pink to a rosy pink...
This give you that glow from within look...

Peroxide Lipglass...
This is a pale pink lipgloss...
Similar to Fleur de Light Lipglass...
Good for toning down bright pink lipsticks...

B-Babe Lipstick...
This a rosy pink lipstick with frost...
Good for everyday too...

Blowdry Lipstick...
This is a sheer corally pink lipstick with shimmers...
However, I dunno why my camera's making this look more on the red...

Stay tuned for the last weekend haul post...
Next is from the Creme Team Collection!

Weekend Retail Therapy Part 2 (MAC Haul Part 3 - Dame Edna & Heatherette)

Weekend haul continuation...

These stuff are from he Dame Edna and Heatherette Collection...

First stop: Dame Edna
I bought the Dame Edna High-Light Powder in Spectacle!
The box is so adorable!
Purple with tons of glitters!
The compact it came with would have become one of my fave if only the spectacle is not a sticker...

Inside is really pretty!
Though it would only stay pretty if you don't use it...
But of course I would definitely use it, so I wave goodbye to the shimmering beauty and embossed prettiness...
This might have became a MAC sought after item if only there where still those really pretty and very fine shimmer through out the entire powder until you hit the pan...

*My take: this would have become a very great product if only there were no stickers involved and Spray shimmer should be a big no no unless the shimmers last until you hit the pan...

From the Heatherette Collection:

I got 3 products from the collection...
You might be wondering why I'm still getting my Heatherette fix when it's so last year...
First, I like the Heatherette packaging,
I think it's one of the best MAC-created packaging...
Second, It's really cute and its pink!
Third, I need some of these stuff, so better grab  cute and funky LE items than grab the very boring regular items...
and Fourth, the pretty holographic dots with the Heatherette logo wont come off...
Isn't it pretty???
I'm totally going to reuse this compact!
Screw Back to MAC!
I wont give this compact back!
I picked up Heatherette Beauty Powder in Smooth Harmony...
I've been looking for something that I could lightly contour with, and something to warm up my face when I use BB cream...
I thought of the Heatherette Beauty Powder in Smooth Harmony!
I contacted the MA I know to see if it's still available and it is!
So I grabbed it!

Heatherette Lipstick in Fleshpot...
I was looking for a really nude lippie...
So I got Fleshpot...
LE packaging or regular packing?
Of course the LE one! And its a Heatherette packaging, which I love!

My Underage Lipglass is almost out, so I need to get another nude gloss...
I wanted to try something different yet still something like Underage so I grabbed this Heatherette Bonus Beat Lipglass...
This would go well with my Fleshpot lippie...

Stay tuned for my haul from the BBR Collection, coming tomorrow!
Have a nice day!
Again for price info, just contact moi!

Weekend Retail Therapy Part 2 (MAC Haul Part 2 - Grand Duos Mineralized Blushes)

Continuing my series of post about my weekend haul...

Let me show you what I got from the MAC Grand Duos Collection...

I got 4 Grand Duo Mineralized Blushes...

MoonRiver...
Yellow pink solid with pink/peach melange
This is the least intense out of the entire collection...
This is not really sheer, its actually pigmented...
But I think the color itself is not meant to be as vibrant or intense-hope you get what I mean...
This one just gives a natural flush of pink in the cheeks...
This one is specially great for those who have heavy hands, and keep overloading with blush...

Hot Planet...
It looks purely plum, but when applied, it looks terracotta with plum undertones...
This contains a coppery terracotta melange...
The solid part looks a bit similar to Merrily Mineralized Blush but lighter and slightly cool...
This one is on the intense side but not too intense as the others...

Intenso...
Deep terracotta solid with pink and gold/copper melange...
This one is sort of the mother of Merrily Mineralized blush since this one is alot similar but more deeper and warmer...
This will give a warm flush on the cheeks...
As the name implies, this one is definitely intense...

Grand Duo...
Pure plum solid with copper and pink melange...
This one is great for smokey eyes but be sure to use it very lightly...
If your looking for a plummy color...
This is for you...
This one is intense as well...

*My take on the Grand Duo Blushes...
I like the blushes, since I like good pigmentation and I can control what I put on my cheeks...
Yes, these blushes are shimmery, but not sheeny...
Some of the blushes are more shimmery than others...
I love mineralized blushes and msfs, so this one is a definite buy for me...
These are very pigmented...
No need to buy a duplicate, since this would last forever!
Unless, if yours got broken, since this are very soft...
I suggest not taking this to travel or putting this in the purse...
Like all the mineralized items, these are dusty as well...
I recommend checking these personally before buying...

I might probably go back and get the Love Rock but if anyone would like to send me one I'd gladlt accept!
Joke...But not really! :D

BTW I'm currently obsessed with nail polishes...
Can anybody help me get China Glaze Holographic Nail Polishes, as well as OPI MOD polishes?
I've ordered a nail art set too...
I think it'll arrive by the next two weeks, so stay tuned for nail arts in the future!

Stay tuned as well for more of my weekend haul!
Yes! There's still more!!!
